Some parents may think the reason why a baby can’t sleep well at night is that they had a long nap earlier. Nobody said we can’t wake them up from their nap. Newborns up to 6 months require around 14 hours of sleep while 6-12-month-olds, about 12 hours is great. While they sleep that long, it doesn’t mean the mom does or all at one time. Moms and parents have a lot of other things to do and it’s not all about baby bathing. Getting the baby to sleep faster in the most efficient way is precious time that mom will cherish and value. Let’s not stress ourselves by taking care of our baby and not getting our own required 5-8 hours of rest.
