You should get your baby a mini bathtub. Your little angel may not be ready to use the adult bathtub just yet, so you should consider getting them one that’s their size. A baby bathtub is a great way to get your kids a bit more relaxed when taking a bath. Because an adult bathtub might look scarily large to your little angel, a tub that’s their size can help them feel more comfortable. Thus, letting you bath them without too much squabble. It is also easier for you to check the temperature of the water in a smaller bathtub.

Tub Mat
You should also consider getting a tub mat for your kid’s bath. A tub mat is a necessity; it can be quite useful. It helps keep your child steady in the bathtub while you get them squeaky clean. Sometimes the kid might slide around in the tub making bathing them a little difficult, especially if the tub is a slippery one. A tub mat will keep them in one place for the entire bath. Shelf
You should have a little wall shelf where you keep your child’s things. Keep Things High
You have a kid in the house now. They will play with anything their hands can reach. Kids will usually put anything they lay their hands on straight to the mouth. It will take a while before they learn to explore with other things apart from the chewy thingy. You want to make the bathroom design so that things are a bit too high for little ones to reach. Once your child is old enough you may want to get them a few bath time toys to make it more fun. Bathroom toys shouldn’t be the same ones your child uses out of the bathroom. You could keep the basket in or out of the bathroom. You can get the toys whenever you want. The basket should be kept clean at all times.
Baby Toilet
Your kid won’t be able to use the adult toilet just yet. You should get them a little children’s toilet seat. I don’t mean the conventional children’s potty. I’m referring to a little seat that can be placed on the adult toilet for them to sit on and go. If your kid is still very young they should use the little potty. Once they grow a bit, consider getting them one of these. This is a great way to get them toilet trained. You should also supervise them to avoid any accidents or messy situations.
Thermometer
A thermometer is a bathroom essential for babies and little ones. You won’t always be able to determine perfectly well whether the water is the right temperature for a bath. Your body perceives heat different from a baby’s body. So to avoid mistakes simply get a baby thermometer. It should be among the shelf items to make it easily accessible to you. But not to the little child. Once your child reaches around 5 to 7 years old they might not need the thermometer. But for a new-born, it is advisable to have one.
Handheld Shower
This isn’t a necessity. Still, you should consider getting a handheld shower. That way your 5-year-old can take a shower in the tub. You can also use it to teach them which parts of their body to concentrate on. A handheld shower doesn’t change much but it can be fun for the kid. You want to do things that make your child enjoy every second of their bath. So, getting a little handheld shower that you can connect to the water faucet on hot days can be an enjoyable new thing to try. Who knows? It might end up being your child’s new favorite toy.
